Terms of Service

Welcome to Hai sa bem (the "App", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the operator of the App. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use the App
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hai sa bem. The App is rated 17+ on the App Store but local law in most jurisdictions where the App operates requires you to be of legal drinking age. If you are not, do not create an account.
By using the App you confirm that you are of legal age to consume alcohol where you live and that you are using the App in your personal, non-commercial capacity.
2. What the App is — and is not
Hai sa bem is a social-meetup tool. Users post plans (where, when, what they're drinking); other users request to join; the host decides who is approved.
The App is not:
- a retailer, distributor, or delivery service for alcohol;
- a venue, event organiser, or licensed establishment;
- a dating service;
- responsible for what happens at any meetup arranged through it.
3. Your account
You sign in with your phone number via a one-time passcode. You are responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure. Notify us immediately at dev@vibex.team if you suspect unauthorised access.
One person, one account. You may not create accounts for other people, impersonate anyone, or transfer your account.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you post (plan descriptions, profile info, chat messages, photos). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the App.
You confirm that your content does not infringe anyone else's rights and that you have permission to post it.
5. What you may not do
Do not use the App to:
- sell, advertise, or solicit the purchase of alcohol or any goods or services;
- organise activities that are illegal where they take place;
- harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or discriminate against any other user;
- post sexually explicit content, hate speech, or content involving minors;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App's operation;
- use the App while operating a vehicle.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
6. Meeting people in person — your responsibility
The App helps you find people to drink with. Whether you actually meet, what you drink, how much, and what happens at the meetup is entirely your responsibility.
- Verify who you're meeting before sharing personal information.
- Choose public venues when meeting strangers for the first time.
- Drink within your limits. Know how you'll get home.
- Do not drive after drinking.
- Look out for the people you go out with.
We do not screen, vet, or background-check users. Trust your judgement.
7. Host approval and location
If you host a plan, you decide who joins. Approval shares your meeting location with the joiner. Until approval, only an approximate area is shown to other users.
If you join, you receive the exact location only after the host approves. Treat that information as private — do not share it further without the host's consent.
8. Reporting and moderation
If a user behaves in a way that violates these Terms or makes you feel unsafe, please report them inside the App or email dev@vibex.team. We review reports promptly and may remove content or accounts at our discretion.
If you believe an immediate physical danger exists, contact local emergency services first.
9. Service availability
We provide the App "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that the App will be free of bugs, or that any specific result will be achieved through your use of it.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Hai sa bem is not liable for:
- the conduct of any other user, online or offline;
- any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during or as a result of a meetup;
- indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind;
- loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (such as for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from inside the App. We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continuing to provide service to you would expose us or other users to risk.
Upon termination, your account becomes inaccessible and your personal data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll post the new Terms here and notify you in-app. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.
